Withdrawn Loan

Loan accounts with pending approval status can be withdrawn at the request of the client. Once this is done, the loan application is canceled, and the status changes to “Withdrawn by Applicant”.

Once a loan application is withdrawn, it cannot be edited or reverted to "Pending Approval"

To withdraw a loan:

• On the "Pending" loan account, click on the Take Action button

• Select “Withdrawn By Clients” from the modal list.
• Enter a withdrawal date and (optional) add a note on the reason for withdrawal.
