User Profile

The user profile provides a comprehensive overview of your console details, including the user ID, user name, office, status, language, email, role, and permissions.

Note

User details mentioned above cannot be edited or modified. However, you have the flexibility to change your password whenever necessary.

To access your profile, click on the dropdown icon in the profile view. See the highlighted section in the image below.

Change password

As earlier stated, a user can change their password when needed. To change your current password, follow the steps below:

• On the Profile section of the user profile, click on the “Change Password” button at the right-side of the screen.

• A password change modal will be displayed. Enter the required details:

• Click on the “Submit” button to effect password change.

Once the password has been successfully changed, you will be automatically logged out of the console. Enter your new password to log in. In cases where users are unable to log in due to lost or forgotten passwords, they have the option to reset their passwords independently. See the Reset Password guide.

View Permission

On Woodcore, every user is assigned a specific role, and such role has a set of permission attached to them. These permissions determine the users’ access and limitations within the Woodcore ecosystem.

To view your permissions, you can access your user profile and click on the "Permissions" tab. This will display the list of permissions associated with your user account, giving you an overview of the actions and functionalities you are authorized to perform.
