You will only be allowed to view the key once.

After a user is created, the account owner or another user with user management permissions can delete the user account.
Note, always be 100% sure you want to delete the user.
To delete a user:

- Click on the user details.

- Select Delete
- On the delete modal page, click on the Delete button.
User Password Reset
In the event where a user loses access to their password, a user with a Superuser role within the organization can initiate a password reset request on behalf of the user. This request triggers a password reset email, which is sent to the user's provided email address during employee creation. Through this email, the user can easily reset their password independently.
A "superuser" is a user within the organization who has assigned a superuser role and permissions, granting them certain privileges to perform administrative tasks. ONLY users with superuser roles can make password reset requests on behalf of any user.
To initiate a password reset request, the superuser follows these steps:
- On the superuser console, navigate to Users > User & API Management.
- This page displays a list of users on the console. The superuser selects the specific user for whom the password request is intended.
- Next, the superuser clicks on the "More" drop-down button and selects "Reset Password."
- A confirmation prompt is presented to the superuser before submitting the request.
Once the superuser submits the request, a password reset email will be sent to the user's email address, enabling them to reset their password.
