Fixed Deposit Account Modification

A new feature allows users to modify fixed deposit account details while the account is "Pending Approval", providing more flexibility before finalizing the deposit account.

Follow these steps to modify a fixed deposit account:

  1. Go to Business >> Clients.

  2. Navigate to the fixed deposit tab under the chosen client.

  3. Open any fixed deposit account that is pending approval.

  4. Click the "Take Action" button and choose "Modify Application."

  5. Update the required information and click the Submit button to update the FD application.

Teller UI & Account Entries: Improvement on Search by NUBAN Functionality

To ensure accurate and efficient client account lookups, we've resolved a bug in the "Search by NUBAN" feature. Users must now set up configurations in their datatable to utilize this functionality seamlessly.

To do this:

  1. Go to Utilities >> Data table on the console.
  2. Click the "Create/Edit" button.
  3. Select the NUBAN datatable.
  4. Check the "Search by" box, which allows the system to recognize the unique data format.

CBG Monthly Report Update

The CBG Monthly Report has been enhanced to include a detailed breakdown of how report balances are calculated, offering greater transparency and clarity for financial reports.

To generate a CBG Monthly report, navigate to Reports >> Regulatory >> CBG Monthly on the console.

  1. Select CBG Monthly Report.

  2. Input the required parameters and click the Run Report button.

  3. You can now view all the required details on the report.

Adjustment on the Penalty Job: Overdue Charge Display

The loan details table has been improved to display accrued and applied penalties on overdue loan installments, ensuring accurate financial tracking and clearer overdue columns.
